By the Order of the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 18, 2025 No 11-1-4/83, additions were made to the List of raw materials, the import of which is exempt from value added tax under an investment contract, Uchet.kz reports.
The application of the tax benefit will allow you to invest in projects in the manufacturing industry. In this regard, the order provides for zeroing the rate of import value added tax in relation to the goods in question.
