An entrepreneur who seasonally sells ice cream in the so-called kiosk can take advantage of the exemption from the obligation to use a cash register. It’s about takeaway sales – customers can’t go inside. However, the subjective exemption is available until the value of sales exceeds PLN 20 thousand.
