The Ministry of Finance of Costa Rica publishes the draft of version 4.4 of the technical provisions on electronic invoices.
The document, titled ‘General Resolution on the technical provisions of electronic invoices for tax purposes,’ establishes the regulations and technical requirements that taxpayers in the country must comply with.
