Entrepreneurs who provide free construction materials for flood victims will benefit from a zero VAT rate until March 31, 2025 – according to the draft regulation of the Ministry of Finance. This applies to donations to individuals and, among others, hospitals, schools, entities conducting cultural and social welfare activities. The condition for using the preferences will be to conclude an agreement and document the aid and losses.
