Donations for flood victims have been exempted from VAT – the regulation in this matter has been in force since 18 September, but with the possibility of applying it to donations of goods and free services provided from 12 September to 31 December 2024. The 0% rate will apply to donations of all types of goods or services necessary to support the victims.
