Comments on ECJ C-243/23: Belgian adjustment scheme for renovation work in breach of EU law

The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) rules that Belgium is in breach of EU law by declaring the extended adjustment period for the adjustment of the VAT deduction for immovable capital goods inapplicable to construction work that is subject to VAT as a supply of services.
