The Polish Ministry of Finance has confirmed that B2B e-invoicing will become mandatory starting February 1, 2026 for large taxpayers, and April 1, 2026 for all taxpayers. The government is revising the national e-invoicing system, and the new FA(3) structure for KSeF will be available for public consultation in autumn 2024. All VAT taxpayers in Poland will have to issue electronic invoices through the National Electronic Invoice System – KSeF, where a unique identifier will be applied to each invoice.
