Improving B2B automation can boost supply chain resilience by minimising human error, improving speed, and freeing up staff to focus on more valuable tasks. 88% of supply chain executives believe that optimising automated B2B processes can improve supply chain resilience, with over half predicting that efficient automation would improve it substantially. 62% of respondents saw automated B2B communication as very important to the success of their business moving forward.
