On 18 July 2024, the Ministry of Finance and the National Tax Administration discussed liberalizing the mandatory KSeF terms, focusing on proposed solutions such as replacing KSeF with a target environment, implementing attachments, and updating the e-invoice structure. They also discussed the phased entry into force of KSeF, with a postponed compulsory implementation until February 1, 2026 for certain entrepreneurs and April 1, 2026 for others. The technical environment and updated regulations for KSeF launch are to be prepared by the end of 2025, with public consultations on specific areas related to KSeF. A new FA(3) schema is in development and planned for implementation at the end of 2024, with minimal changes. Additionally, a new structure for attachments will be published around the same time. The meeting also covered simplifying the system through an offline mode during the transition period and the possibility of invoicing up to PLN 450 outside the KSeF. The final form of the legislation is also expected soon.
