The Romanian Ministry of Finance has announced changes to national digital systems including e-VAT, RO e-Transport, and RO e-invoice. The grace period for compliance with the RO e-Transport system has been extended until January 1, 2025, and authorized economic operators are explicitly mentioned in connection with the new measures. These changes have been passed into law by an Emergency Ordinance.
