- The German Office for the Coordination of IT Standards (KoSIT) has updated the XRechnung 3.0.2 and XBestellung 1.0 specifications for e-Invoicing and electronic ordering.
- The updates to XRechnung 3.0.2 include corrections and editorial changes to align with UBL, EN 16931, and Peppol standards, with a recommendation for timely implementation of syntax checking.
- KoSIT has announced stability of the XRechnung 3.0 specification until at least 31.1.2025.
- The XBestellung 1.0 specification remains essentially unchanged from its previous version and is designed to be compatible with Peppol standards, currently used in the public sector’s Coordinated Project for Electronic Procurement.
