Being PEPPOL compliant means documents can be easily processed by public and private authorities in the EU. To ensure compliance, a PEPPOL Access Point is used as a gateway to the PEPPOL network, with over 500 certified Access Points worldwide. PEPPOL Authorities appointed by OpenPEPPOL ensure national rules are followed and maintain the network’s integrity. OpenPEPPOL is a non-profit organization that develops and promotes the PEPPOL standard.
