The State Secretary for Finance has updated the VAT decree on the provision of staff, clarifying situations where staff can work for other entrepreneurs without charging VAT. This includes clarifications for temporary staff provision in medical vocational training and closely related benefits within the education exemption. The new decree will enter into force on 15 June 2024, replacing the previous decree from 5 July 2022.
