EU ViDA agreement blocked again at ECOFIN meeting

VAT in the Digital Age agreement eluded Finance Ministers today; compromise on Digital Platform ‘deemed supplier’ not yet accepted by Estonia. Discussions resume 14 July at ECOFIN meeting.
