The Polish President signed an amendment deferring the KSeF obligation to February 2026. A KSeF mobile application is now available for use. The amendment extends the deadline for implementing the mandatory KSeF until 1 February 2026, with the mandate kicking off in two phases. The Ministry of Finance has launched a KSeF mobile application for taxpayers to issue basic KSeF invoices, make corrections, and view received and issued invoices.
