- New Technical Annex 1.7.69 – Introduction of “Provisional Invoice (FACP)”
- The Tax Administration Superintendence (SAT) of Guatemala has released a new technical annex, version 1.7.69, in draft form. This annex introduces an additional document type to consider: the “Provisional Invoice (FACP).” This document supports export transactions made when the definitive exportation is not available, easing the issuance of a receipt under such circumstances.
- Guatemala is on the verge of finalizing the migration to the new electronic invoicing system called Online Electronic Invoicing System – FEL defined by the Superintendence of Tax Administration – SAT.
