New law contains several sales tax-related measures, including provisions that create an exemption for purchased equipment, machinery, or other infrastructure for use in the provision of internet access service, telecommunications service, or video service; permit manufacturer’s coupons to be excluded from the sales price; and create a deduction for certain motor vehicle transactions.
