The DGFiP hosted a community relay meeting with stakeholders of the upcoming CTC mandate, providing details on the timeline leading up to the obligation. The French CTC mandate will start on 1 September 2026, requiring businesses to receive e-invoices and large- and medium-sized businesses to start issuing e-invoices and e-report a defined scope of transactions and payment data. The DGFiP reaffirmed their commitment to the new deadline and offered guidance on the timetable, including the publication of technical specifications and decrees, PDP certifications, pilot testing, and interoperability between PDPs. Other topics discussed included the re-opening of the pilot application, and the training of chartered accountants in the context of the CTC mandate.
