The Polish Ministry of Finance held a press briefing today to discuss the delay of the mandatory implementation of the Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) e-invoicing system, which was originally set for July 2024. The government identified critical errors in the system and has postponed the requirement to a later date, with a new implementation schedule to be announced in the future. This delay allows businesses more time to prepare and comply with the new requirements.
