The Court in Haarlem had to decide whether glitter powder is classified under CN code 3907 9980 (polyethers in primary form etc.), 9505 9000 (entertainment articles etc.) or 9503 0095 90 (recreational models, puzzles of all kinds etc.). The Court concludes that the imported glitter powder is similar to the products stated in classification Regulation 1165/95 of 23 May 1995 and classifies the product conform this Regulation under CN Code 9505 90 00. In other words: glitters are fun.
