From January 1, 2024 . comes into force Order No. ZMF – 1295/28.12.2023 of the Minister of Finance , which approves the list of goods with high fiscal risk , with codes according to the combined nomenclature of the EU.
Please note that groups of goods such as mill products – flour, fish and shellfish, dairy, meat and other processed products have been removed from the list. New codes are included – for example:
- in the group of vegetable and animal fats, goods and raw materials have been added, which are used in the production of many food products;
- in the group of meats, types of meats and their cuts are added, which are used both for direct consumption and as raw material for the production of food products;
- in the group of fruits and vegetables, mainly varieties of already defined as risky goods or included in a certain subgroup have been added.
We remind you that from January 3, 2024, the NRA will introduce a regime for mandatory preliminary declaration of data for the transportation of goods with a high fiscal risk .
