- Simplified invoices excluded from reporting;
- Amendments to the applicable fines (15% x total invoice value for the supplier / beneficiary);
- After July 2024, RO residents will have 5 calendar days to comply as of invoice date; otherwise, additional fines will be applicable
- Specific measures for the period when the RO e-Invoice system will not be functional
