The tax authorities imposed an additional turnover tax assessment on VOF A, even though the VOF no longer existed at that time. The Zeeland-West-Brabant District Court ruled that the additional assessment was not legally valid and could not be announced on time. Therefore, the court annuls the additional assessment.
