Local governments, like other taxpayers, must implement the KSeF from July 1, 2024. According to experts, there are even more challenges in the public sector than in business. One of the biggest results from the fact that municipalities and their budgetary units (e.g. schools or community centers) use one NIP number. In order to settle VAT correctly and avoid chaos, it will be necessary to efficiently separate invoices that will go into one KSeF file.
