Submission of Data Table by VAT Payer: When and How?

  • Each submitted table sent by the taxpayer for registration receives its own registration number and is considered by the regional commission as a new document.
  • The State Tax Service in the Vinnytsia region reminds that according to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution, taxpayers have the right to submit a data table if the registration of a tax invoice in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices is suspended.
  • The table with explanations is reviewed by the regional commission within five working days after receiving it.
  • If the registration of a tax invoice is refused and the table is not taken into account, the taxpayer can file a complaint to the central commission within 10 working days.
  • The central commission reviews the complaint within 10 calendar days and can either cancel the decision of the regional commission or leave it unchanged.
  • The decision of the central commission applies specifically to the table with the corresponding number and date.
  • Each subsequent table sent by the taxpayer for registration receives its own registration number and is considered by the regional commission as a new document.
