- The differences between GENA, Peppol, and BPC are minimal, with some variations in versions and envelope formats. DBNA has a federated governance approach for participant registration, while GENA and Peppol have a centralized agency. The invoice definition will be in XML using UBL syntax, derived from Peppol International Invoice.
