The issue arose in January 2019; The Head of the Tax Office received a letter from the Head of the National Tax Administration notifying the extension of the blockade of the bank accounts indicated in the letter, belonging to the applicant, for a fixed period of time until 11 April 2019. The arguments constituting the basis for the extension of the blockade were presented in the justification of the decision, which is attached to the notification.
