- Partners or shareholders of commercial taxi transport operators must issue at least one summary electronic invoice per month for transactions related to the activity, with the option to issue a sales note instead.
- Intra-cantonal and intra-provincial public transport operators in buses must issue a summary electronic invoice each month, with the option to issue electronic invoices upon request.
- The invoices can be issued for any amount.
- The resolution comes into force upon publication in the Official Registry.
