E-Invoicing obligations for transportation by taxis and busses

• Regulations for formal duties of taxpayers in commercial transportation by taxis and buses are established.
• Partners or shareholders of commercial taxi transport operators must issue at least one summary electronic invoice per month for transactions related to the activity, with the option to issue a sales note instead.
• Intra-cantonal and intra-provincial public transport operators in buses must issue a summary electronic invoice each month, with the option to issue electronic invoices upon request.
• The invoices can be issued for any amount.
• The resolution comes into force upon publication in the Official Registry.
