From September 4, 2023, citizens, organizations and legal professionals such as lawyers and tax advisors can litigate digitally in government tax cases at all courts. This makes access to the judiciary easier for litigants.From January 30, 2023, it was already possible to digitally submit state tax cases to the courts. This now includes the state tax cases from the courts.
