Poland’s President has signed a law that mandates the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) starting from July 1, 2024. Small and medium-sized businesses exempt from VAT will have to comply from January 1, 2025. Companies are advised to review their IT and ERP systems and invoicing processes to prepare for the implementation of the e-Invoicing obligation.
