- The first National Steering Committee meeting was held in Accra on July 24, 2023, attended by high-level representatives from various Ghanaian authorities.
- During the meeting, the COLIBRI team presented the main components of Phase II, which began on April 1, 2023.
- The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the World Customs Organization and Ghana authorities was another milestone.
- The COLIBRI team conducted a monitoring mission to assess general aviation monitoring and controlling activities in Ghana and optimize the use of WCO-provided tools.
- The team is pleased with the progress and is committed to working with authorities to ensure the project’s success.
