- Kyrgyz Republic has introduced new invoice usage requirements, mandating sales invoices to be registered with the Electronic Invoice Note system (ETTN) for electronic issuance to customers.
- However, taxpayers using cash register and paying tax based on a patent or applying zero rate with an annual revenue below KGS 8 million are exempted.
- The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has announced that all taxpayers must accept ETTN by May 2023, even though it has been in place for the oil sector since May 2022.
