- The European Commission conducted an evaluation of Directive 2014/55/EU and gathered input from all eInvoicing stakeholders through a Call for Evidence and a survey.
- The findings from these initiatives will inform a comprehensive report.
- The Call for Evidence received 26 responses from businesses, public sector organizations, and industry experts, while the survey received 36 responses primarily from SMEs, service providers, and business associations.
- The collected feedback will contribute to identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- The Commission thanks all stakeholders who participated in the initiatives, which will build upon further consultations conducted by an external contractor that yielded approximately 130 responses.
