The law introducing the mandatory KSeF has already been adopted by the Sejm and submitted for work in the Senate.According to its assumptions, the e-invoicing obligation will, as a rule, come into force on July 1, 2024. For small and medium-sized enterprises exempt from VAT, the use of KSeF will be mandatory from January 1, 2025.e-invoice is another important element of sealing the tax system, but also many tax and business benefits for entrepreneurs.
