Slim VAT 3. To deduct tax with intra-Community acquisition of goods, the invoice will not be needed

One of the changes introduced by the Act of May 26, 2023 amending the Act on tax on goods and services and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1059; hereinafter: SLIM VAT 3) concerns the settlement of input VAT on intra-Community acquisition of goods ( WNT).
