First reading of the bill on the introduction of mandatory structured e-invoicing via KSeF and publication of a new version of the e-invoice scheme
On May 26, 2023, the first reading of the bill on the introduction of mandatory structured invoicing via the National e-Invoices System took place in the Sejm. The draft was sent for work in parliamentary committees. The draft act introduced by the government contains several significant changes compared to the draft version of March 30, 2023. In the latest tax alert, we present the most important changes regarding e-invoices and KSeF, resulting from the draft act and announcements of the Ministry of Finance.
