The law implementing the KSeF adopted by the Sejm means faster digitization of the public sector. It will make it much easier for entrepreneurs to run a business.From January 1, 2022, Polish entrepreneurs can issue e-invoices via KSeF.The e-invoicing obligation will come into force on July 1, 2024.
