Art. 18(2) of the Cabinet Decision No. 37 of 2017 on the Executive Regulations of the Federal Decree-Law No (7) of 2017 on Excise Tax, the final deadline for filing Excise return to the U.A.E’s Federal Tax Authority is no later than the 15th day of the following the relevant Tax Period.
However, the FTA announced that the final deadline for filing VAT returns is no later than 17th of July 2023 for the standard tax period of the three months calendar ending on the date specified.
