The A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax): Recipient Created Tax Invoice Determination 2023 (2023 RCTI determination) replaces all of the 50 narrowly targeted RCTI determinations that were in effect prior to 15 June 2023, enabling “government related entities,” “large business entities,” and “business entities” to issue RCTIs in respect of any taxable supply if all prescribed requirements are satisfied.
