- Slovenia has passed amendments to the Tax Procedures Act to implement DAC7 rules. DAC7 is a Council Directive that addresses issues arising from the use of digital platforms, requiring digital platform operators to report income earned by sellers and for EU Member States to automatically exchange this information.
- The first period for which information must be reported is the period beginning 1 January 2023.
