State Secretary Van Rij has submitted a bill to amend the Turnover Tax Act 1968 in connection with an adjustment of the supplementary regulation for antiques, works of art and collectors’ items, and in connection with adjustments to the provisions on place of service for levying turnover tax for certain services that are provided virtually to a customer. The law will enter into force on January 1, 2025.
