Policy documents and knowledge group positions on application of Don Bosco judgment published

Following a Woo request, State Secretary Van Rij of Finance has released policy documents and knowledge group positions with regard to the application of the Don Bosco judgment (CJEU 19 November 2009, C-461/08, VN 2009/59.17 , BNB 2011/14 ) .
