At the beginning of March, Amazon informed Amazon EU sellers that, by mistake, their stock was moved to Poland fulfillment centers (for the companies that do not have an agreement for stock storage in Poland), from where the goods were shipped to final customers. This marketplace mistake triggers VAT registration obligations in Poland for all these sellers.
