An amendment to the Administrative Enforcement Act was published in the Journal of Laws. The changes are intended to streamline activities related to the initiation and conduct of administrative enforcement and to increase its effectiveness. It’s about, among others to changes regarding VAT settlements on foreign transactions and taxpayers who do not pay taxes.
