- The Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers issued a positive opinion on the draft act on the KSeF.
- The implementation of KSeF will accelerate the digitization of the public sector and Polish enterprises and will significantly facilitate running a business.
- From January 1, 2022, Polish entrepreneurs have the option of voluntarily issuing e-invoices via KSeF.
- The project also provides for the electronisation of binding information (e-WIS).
