The President of the Russian Federation instructed the Government to prepare amendments to the Tax Code, providing for the exemption of organizations conducting tour operator activities from paying VAT. For the period from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2027, organizations engaged in tour operator activities are exempt from VAT in relation to their operations to form and sell a tourist product in the field of domestic or inbound tourism.
