Public consultation on the draft royal decree that develops law 18/2022 on the creation and growth of companies with regard to electronic invoicing between companies and professionals

In accordance with the provisions of article 133 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in relation to article 26 of Law 50/1997, of November 27, of the Government, with the objective of improving the participation of citizens in the procedure of elaboration of norms, prior to its elaboration, a public consultation will be carried out, through the web portal of the competent department, in which the opinion of the potentially affected subjects and the most representative organizations.
