The use of the National e-Invoice System will become mandatory on July 1, 2024. The Ministry of Finance has prepared a new version of the project. Many aspects have been improved in accordance with the proposals of entrepreneurs. However, the idea of including foreign entities with a permanent place of business in Poland in the mandatory KSeF was still maintained, which may be problematic for them and their contractors.
