On Thursday, January 26, late in the evening, the Sejm began work on a comprehensive amendment to the provisions on administrative enforcement. The changes are intended to affect VAT settlements on foreign transactions and taxpayers who do not pay taxes, but also other issues. If the regulations are passed, it will be easier to lose relief and the ability to pay overdue taxes in installments.
