By virtue of the existence of the financial constraint, from which the existence of the economic and organizational constraint also presumably derives, the subsidiary falls within the perimeter of the VAT Group, even though the parent company is excluded from the perimeter of the Group, the non-existence of the constraint has been demonstrated against it organizational. The same also applies in the event of the absence of an economic bond.
